THIS VACATION HOME IS TWO STORIES:
First floor has two bedrooms (king beds) and two full bathrooms
Second floor has a bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom
A world unto itself, Waves & Sunsets offers guests an exclusive top floor experience with unsurpassed views of the Pacific Ocean and whales, along with other sea life, playing out in the water.
While enjoying the breathtaking scenery, curl up with a good book by the magnificent river rock fireplace or melt away stress in jetted bath tub.
As evening approaches, take advantage of the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and enjoy the finely prepared cuisine while the sun slips beneath the horizon.
The evening's entertainment can include a movie on any of the smart HDTVs located throughout the condo or simply a relaxing walk into downtown Depoe Bay to see the Spouting Horns or browse the many oceanfront shops.
When staying at this Village at North Pointe vacation condo, you will also have free access to wireless internet and the Clubhouse which features an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, pool table and 19-seat theater room.

"What a beautiful condo for our girls weekend. The theee of us each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was perfect. The common area was roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very accommodating. The ocean view was fabulous and the sunset couldn’t of been any better. The location was close to Lincoln City, Depoe Bay and Newport which made exploring even better. We had a great weekend and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you."

"The big picture windows and balcony made this condo the perfect place to watch the king tides crash over the rocks. It was immaculately clean, with a well stocked kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and 3 comfy king beds. To watch more big wave drama, it was a quick drive to Depoe Bay, Boiler Bay, Rocky Creek and Devil’s Punchbowl. The whirlpool and swimming pool, just a short walk across the parking lot, was a bonus amenity we really enjoyed! We’re already looking forward to a return visit!"

"We stayed at the Village at North Pointe - Waves & Sunsets. The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The booking/instructions were clear and timely, and the available elevator and luggage cart were a godsend for carrying our things to the second floor. We especially enjoyed watching local wildlife in the freshwater stream flowing into the ocean (rabbit and various birds dipping their bodies/wings into the fresh water to wash off [seagulls, black crabbers, two geese with a little baby, various others.] The location was ~1-mile from Depoe Bay and has sidewalks from the housing to Depoe Bay. Highly recommend."

Great Property in Depoe Bay, OR
"We stayed in this property with our adult children to celebrate their dad's 80th birthday. It couldn't have been more comfortable and well laid out for our needs. The ocean views were spectacular and the afternoon visits by the whales more than we expected. The property was easy to find and accessing the key on our arrival very easy. The property was clean and well maintained. Our only issue was that the cable box for the living room tv didn't work so we just switched it with one of the downstairs bedroom's (which we returned before we left). It has a cozy kitchen but since we all live in different parts of the country, we decided to do a Thanksgiving dinner while we were together. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs."

"Ideal location for whale watching. Saw whales nearly every day for two weeks and lots of fishing and whale watching boats. Facilities were clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Great arrangement of king-sized beds and bathrooms for multiple couples. Having an elevator made all the difference. Close proximity to grocery store, outlet mall, and amazing scenery along the coast. Highly recommend for anyone interested in staring at the ocean and occasionally seeing whale spouts and backs. "The condo is spacious, comfortably furnished, and has a gorgeous view. We were surprised to find there were even a few condiments in the cupboard…like salt and pepper, spices, etc. we brought K-cups for coffee, but no K-cup machine, so keep that in mind. We loved our time there. We were two couples, but with three bedrooms, there was extra room. The beds were comfortable…dining room table seats 6, plus barstools at the kitchen counter. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. it was clean and in good repair. No complaints. We even had a pod of whales that were playing off shore, and a storm, which produced crashing waves…it was perfect!! Hope to go back!!"

"“Waves & Sunsets” is a perfect name for this condo! The views are spectacular! The living/dining/kitchen area has large windows for amazing views of the water and evening sunsets. The condo overlooks a rocky bluff, which creates magnificent white capped waves during low tide. If the water is calm in the morning, then you can watch boats come by. This is a great location to sit and watch the ocean from indoors or the private covered patio. About the condo: The condo is clean and bright. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cookware, a Mr. Coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. The condo complex is quiet, and some of the condos are owner live-in. Great peaceful getaway location."

"Reserved the stay Thursday thru Sunday, found everything to be in perfect order. We were in need of nothing, it’s all provided. Tho if I would have known there was a Keurig I would have brought some k-kups but absolutely no problem as I brought my own coffee grounds and pour over. Beautiful views, constant wave watching, I even had time to put together a 500 piece puzzle. Sheets were clean, bedrooms immaculate, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Washer and dryer. Utensils and pots and pans were handy in the kitchen. Just want to note that one of the club chairs seems broken. We noticed it was wobbly on the first day, so avoided sitting in it there after. But overall great stay we enjoyed it! Thank you for making it available for us!"

"Our condo was very comfortable and clean with just about everything we needed. So much nicer and larger than a hotel! The location at North Pointe is a perfect spot to see big waves crashing against the cliffs. Sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. It is walking distance to Boiler Bay another great wave watching spot. We did not see any whales second week of January but will try again in the summer. We enjoyed meals at Pelican Brewing, The Horn Public House, Gracie's Sea Hag and Otis Cafe. Honestly though, eating at the condo was the most comfortable and best view of all."

"The condo was perfect for our family. We all had our own space and bathroom and the living spaces were spacious and well appointed. Everything was clean and in good shape. We just happened to have booked during perfect weather and king tides. We could not have been more fortunate. We would love to come back."

"We never wanted to leave Waves and Sunsets. The view of the ocean is incredible from the main level of the condo. Every morning we were greeted by whales spouting right outside and watching for them entertained us for a good amount of time. The layout with the loft area (which is spacious) was perfect for our group of 6 and gave the kids somewhere to hang out...although they were glued to the view watching for whales and sea life too. It is definitely on our list to visit again and we want all of our family and friends to join us."

"We vacation quite a bit on the Oregon Coast. This by far was our BEST rental yet! Great location, great views, close to everything, very clean and quiet! And we even had our own personal whale who hung out all day in front of the place. We will definitely be staying here again!"
