"This is the 2nd time renting the Blue Pearl Condo. Since my sisters & I enjoyed our stay so much last year, we decided to rent the same unit again this year. The location couldn't be better for looking out over the ocean & watching the waves crash against the rocks. The unit is very well appointed with décor & amenities. It was clean & well maintained with very inviting & relaxing environment. The Tidal Rave is an excellent restaurant that is very close. We also enjoy going to Nye Beach to shop as well as the waterfront on the bay front in Newport where there are many nice restaurants."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We have found over the years of reserving through Keystone at Village at North Pointe that we prefer a 3rd floor unit and this unit offers the very best views. It is extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We always travel south of Depoe Bay to Newport, stopping along the way at Devil's Punchbowl and Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Newport Bayfront offers quite a variety of shops, restaurants and brew pubs. This year, we also drove north of Depoe Bay to the Tillamook Air Museum, well worth the drive. We were very happy to find the whale center in Depoe Bay has reopened. Being a little early in the migration, no whales were seen this trip. We absolutely recommend this location."

"I go to Depoe Bay every year for my birthday in November and this was a perfect trip. I love this area because of the rocky shore and quaint towns to explore. Generally there will be at least one storm and this year did not disappoint. The view is amazing, condo sits right on the rocks so all you see is ocean. I could just look at the ocean and listen to the crashing waves off the patio all day. Condo is beautiful with a completely stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Master bed was great, just like sleeping on a cloud. But the most important feature is the amazing view! On my last day there was even a beautiful rainbow right outside the window. Will definitely stay here again."

"We have stayed at Village at North Pointe many times, in many different units. All units have ocean views but the floor plan of this unit is the absolute best. Bedrooms are located at the entrance to the unit with living room, dining room and kitchen all on the ocean side of the unit. The rocks outside provide amazing crashing of the waves. Whales can be seen daily. Management (Chris) and maintenance (Curtis) personnel are friendly, professional and helpful. We have never been disappointed while staying at Village at North Pointe."

"Our reservation experience was very nice! We loved the condo and the wonderful ocean view. It had a convenient layout and was very clean. It had basically 2 master bedrooms and the first master bathroom was so light, airy, and thoughtfully laid out. The dishes in the kitchen were Dansk and nicer than what we have at home! The lockbox was easy to access and the directions to get into it were very clear. Reserving the property and making payment, receiving receipts and final location instructions were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative and we hope to reserve the Blue Pearl for our Thanksgiving weekend next year."

"Wonderful and relaxing. Very spacious, comfortable. Best stocked kitchen. Furniture was comfortable and well placed. We enjoyed sitting in the swivel rockers watching the waves coming ashore on the rocks. The fireplaced warmed up the room at dusk when the evening air chilled so it was just perfect. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing and the boats coming and going were pure entertainment. The whale watching boats helped us locate where the whales were so we could watch them with the binoculars. Loved the location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. TV coverage worked well. "We have stayed at the Blue Pearl many times and always enjoy it. The views are the best in the complex. The whales are often right in front of the unit (although not this time). The furniture is comfortable and so are the beds. Two king is a great bonus. You will not be disappointed. This is our go to for the Depoe Bay Area. Keystone is also our favorite rental agency for the coast."

"Everything was extremely clean and modern. The views are second to none. It’s like you can reach out and touch the ocean. One thing we noticed is how quiet it is. I don’t think we saw one person when we were there, besides the manager. I would definitely stay again. Love this place"

"Stormy weather kept us inside a lot and it was perfect watching the waves hit on the rocks below. Everything was well stocked - kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, bedrooms - everything we needed. "The properties are all in great locations with beautiful views of the dynamic ocean waves. The Depoe Bay location boasts a pod of whales year round. Properties are clean and well appointed. Kitchens are well stocked for cooking. You can bring your things and food and spend the entire time in the unit - especially on the decks in the good weather - or enjoy the beautiful trails and other beaches nearby. We have rented more times than we can count through Keystone. Love the homes and the great service. We have recommended them to many friends who now rent frequently, too."

"Unit was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Linens were very good. Very quiet and peaceful no matter the time of day. The view was amazing and the unit had all the comforts of home. My husband and I stayed at another unit at this complex last year, and this place was just as nice. We walked to Depoe Bay each day. We ordered take out at the Mazatlan Restaurant, which was very good. Overall a great place to stay, we will definitely return."

A delight to the eye and heart
"Arrived in pouring rain. It cleared for the next two and a half days to reveal a beautiful condo situated right on the ocean. We overlooked crashing waves on the shapely rocks below our third story balcony. The condo itself was well-appointed with all the modern conveniences. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants and just a few minutes to the quaint charm of Depoe Bay. It was a delightful experience to behold!"

"We have stayed in the Village at North Point 6 times in various rooms. We are always amazed at the quality of the condos, pool & rec. room and the amount of whales we see every time. Out of the 6 times only once did we see only about 5-10 whales in the week because mostly that amount would be on a bad day. lol no kidding it is common to see 10-20 whales a day & some as close as 15 ft away from the cliff. This was our first time in the Blue Pearl & we were very impressed with the quality of bedding, pillows & kitchen ware. The views & comfortable recliners were perfectly placed to watch whales & relax. Even my 13 yr old granddaughter didn’t want to leave the condo with her dad exploring instead opted to stay home watching the whales. lol"
