The main living area offers a panoramic view of the sea, and the sound of waves lapping the edges of the sandy beach. There is also a magnificent river rock gas fireplace and a large HD television with cable and DVD player.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is the ideal place to prepare a full-course meal or a quick snack. Scout for grey whales from the hot tub on the balcony or take a stroll on the beach, only steps away from your well-appointed condo.

"This is our fourth time staying with Keystone at Pacific Winds. Every time has been wonderful. The units are as described, well furnished and very clean. Parking is great underground keeping your car away from the elements. Only thing missing was the BBQ, which did not matter as we have never used one there. This last stay was for two weeks and just not long enough. We will be back."

"This third floor condo is AMAZING! The oceanfront view is spectacular. It is VERY quiet, private and extremely clean. Hubby and I loved sitting in the hot tub on private patio. The fridge is full sized as is the dishwasher and gas stove. The parking garage is secure and easily accessible. The salt water pool was a little chilly but awesome (located on parking level). Washer and dryer were handy. Beach access is steep and public. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!"

"Our stay at Bella Vista was awesome. Instructions for accessing the condo were easy to follow, and the condo was as beautiful as the pictures online. The condo was FULLY equipped with anything we needed for food preparation, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the dolphin handle to flush the toilet in the hallway bathroom. There are not words to describe the view of the ocean. We live in the desert and have endured 110+ temperatures for the last month. Needless to say, the cooler temps and scenery at Bella Vista were a welcome change. We’re already trying to decide dates to return in 2024."

"We were delighted with our stay at Bella Vista. The condo was as described. It was a nice plus that there were luggage carts in the garage to help get the things upstairs. The property was clean and we appreciated the note that the hot tub had just been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. The window above the door had been left open by the cleaners and it was several hours before we figured out why the room wouldn't get warm. After we fixed that, we could get the place to a toasty temp. The beds were perfect and ready for sleeping. I hope to have another opportunity to return to this location. We were sad that we only booked two nights, and wished we had more time!"

The corner room provides views from the front and side. The accommodations were super the kitchen is nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is located right across from the elevator, which makes trips to and from the basement garage easy. We loved the place and overall it exceeded our expectations. If we go back to Lincoln City we would definitely consider staying in Bella Vista again."

"This rental was perfect for our quick getaway to the Oregon coast. Normally I would hesitate to rent a third floor unit. However, this rental offers underground parking with an elevator. Our condo was clean, the hottub was hot and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to prepare meals. This condo is built right on the ocean bluff and the views from this corner unit were beautiful. Hope to come visit again soon."

"This corner condo has the best views! You will not be disappointed! Condo was very clean and kitchen well stocked! My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the ocean waves was so relaxing! The walk to the beach is not far. The underground parking is great and elevator was very convenient for hauling everything to your condo unit. We will definitely stay here again!"

"My husband and two adult daughters spent three night at this wonderful condo. "This condo was everything as described, and more. The kitchen is beautiful and very well appointed, there was even a nice bottle of wine to welcome us upon arrival. The hot tub was cozy and the view was amazing! The condo was immaculately clean and the stay was perfect. The beach access is just a short walk/drive away (parking is allowed on the beach at this access point) Thanks for making our Oregon Coast Getaway memorable! We will definitely stay here again!!"

"Perfect mini vacation at the beach! The unit was beautiful and well kept. The views from both inside the unit and on the back deck were outstanding. What I was looking for was a place with a great view on the beach with a private hot tub, and this unit had just that! We went during the week so there was hardly anyone else staying in the complex, plenty of parking in the garage level and on the street. We did not check out the pool area so no comment on that, but it’s nice there is a pool and hot tub on site as well. The beach access is a short walk or drive down onto the beach, just pay attention to high tide times. The tide pools were also fun to check out. Will definitely recommend and visit again!"

"I have never been as absolutely blown away with a vacation rental as I was with this charming condo. The place was immaculately clean and absolutely fully stocked with each and every need to make one feel at home for a week, or more. The location and views take your breath away. I really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. The walk to the beach is easy, and the beach is uncrowded. Even on the most beautiful, warm sunny day the beach had lots of open space. We were also able to buy fish and steak and grill on the balcony. Made for a perfect afternoon. I will definitely be back."

"This is our new favorite place to stay! We would live here if we could! Stunning amazing views straight out onto the ocean as well as down the beach! Nothing better than sitting in the hot tub in the morning having your coffee to start your day and enjoying the fabulous view! Did I mention the view? Walking into the condo felt like walking into a model home where everything is beautiful and perfect! Great layout! The kitchen made us want to cook even though we were on vacation, everything you would need to have a lovely dinner. Loved the swivel reclining rocking chairs spin them in any direction to see the view of the ocean or tv. We came as a couple but I kept thinking it's a perfect pkace to share a weekend with another couple or even your kids. Overall it was a great place to stay I would highly recommend it! We can't wait to come back!"

"We have rented million dallar homes on the beach ,And this condo had everything we could hope for down to the last detail.Even after the sun went down with see threw deck rails they turned the floodlights on the beach till 2:00am so you can still have the view. also a thermostat in every room including the bathrooms ,gas fireplace top of the line kitchen,big screen tvs in living roon plus both bedrooms .plus a clean jucuzy to relax in with the wife. Reviews commented on grilling on it and the amenities listed it as available. Also, one of the main reasons we booked this place is for the hot tub's view of the ocean.
