Remy Drabkin chose to grow non-traditional grape varieties. He focuses on Italian Sangiovese, Barbera, Lagrein, and Dolcetto sourced from a single vineyard and they are 100% varietal.
They also offer their unpretentious, every day Three Wives wines for meals and affordable enjoyment. Apparently, you need to visit the winery and talk to Remy to uncover the roots of the unusual name. It’s a story worth retelling.
